A couple of weekends ago, I participated in my first triathlon. I thought that it went well for my first one, and it was really a lot of fun. Challenging, yes, but something that I definitely plan on doing again. Albert went along with me for support (it was an all female event, plus he doesn't really like swimming anyway), and it was awesome to be able to have him cheering me on in between events. Here are some pictures from that morning.

congrats!! I think it is amazing you did this but I'm totally not surprised you were always a good swimmer and runner!
