The good, the bad, but fortunately not the ugly

I can't believe it's Monday already!  The week went by so quickly, but that means it's time for an exercise update.  Well, the good news is that I worked out four times this week (which is more than I've done in one week since the semester started).  The bad news is that my goal was to work out five times, which didn't happen.  Here's the run-down:

Monday - 5.5 miles on bike, crunches and push-ups
Tuesday - killer Pilates video
Wednesday - 5.6 miles on bike
Saturday - 5.7 miles on bike, plus some good stretching (which I don't do nearly enough of)

This afternoon, after literally seven days of flash flooding, the sun actually decided to make an appearance.  I took advantage of it and went out for a short run this afternoon.  So, this week is off to a good start.  Hopefully this coming week will be even better than the last, and I will actually hit my goal.
